Can I return items for a change of mind?
Products may be exchanged within 7 days if sealed, unopened, and in original condition (subject to a 6% administration fee). Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered.
What if my product is faulty?
We comply fully with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Notify us with valid proof of purchase and clear photo/video evidence for transit damage or performance issues so we can review and resolve your claim.
How long do refunds take?
