Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to deliver most orders within 1–2 working days when placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability and courier network performance.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Address Accuracy & Redirection Fees
To ensure fast and successful delivery, please ensure all shipping address details are correct at checkout.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if couriers are unable to access your property, re-delivery or re-direction fees may apply.
Courier Charge Adjustments
If additional courier fees apply to your address (including rural delivery, remote areas, or oversized items), we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any additional charges.

Undelivered or Damaged Products
If your order is not received, arrives damaged, or has any issues upon delivery, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. This allows us to investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.

Items purchased during special promotions or discounted offers are limited to a maximum of 2 units per customer.
