- 6-month warranty on refurbished/reconditioned products (Effective from 2nd July 2025, unless otherwise specified)
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us here and one of our team members will assist you through the process.
Warranty repairs may take up to 21 working days unless stated otherwise.
Warranty periods start from the date of purchase (invoice date).
Note: Warranties are void if the product shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering.
What You'll Need to Claim Warranty
Please provide your original receipt from our website or store. This is required for all warranty claims. Without it, we cannot proceed with a claim.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Liquid damage (spills, water exposure)
- Physical damage (cracks, drops, burns)
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect operation
- Improper or unauthorized installation
- Incorrect voltage or power surges
- Exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or corrosion
- Use of non-authorized or incompatible parts/accessories
- Software issues including viruses or forgotten passwords
- Self-attempted repairs or third-party tampering
- Micro SIM damage where device is not micro-SIM compatible
Important: Any product that has been opened, repaired, or tampered with by a third party without TechCrazy’s authorization will not be eligible for warranty support.
You can bring your product to any of our TechCrazy stores for inspection or repair. Our technicians will assist you with warranty or repair services on-site.

At TechCrazy, we clearly label the condition of all pre-owned products so you know exactly what you're getting. Here's how we define each condition:
- As New: Looks almost brand new with minimal to no visible signs of use. Fully tested and in excellent working condition.
- Very Good: Light signs of use such as minor scuffs or marks. No cracks. Fully functional and performance tested.
- Good: Noticeable signs of use like scratches, small dents, or wear on the casing. Still in perfect working order with all major functions tested.
- Acceptable: Heavy cosmetic wear such as scuffs, dents, or faded keys. Fully tested and functional unless otherwise stated.
Every item is tested before sale and backed by a warranty. You’ll also find condition details on each product page before checkout.
At TechCrazy, we use both terms with care — but they do have slightly different meanings depending on the product:
- 100% Original: This refers to products or parts that come directly from the original manufacturer (OEM). For example, a Samsung-branded charger made by Samsung.
- 100% Genuine: This indicates the product or part is authentic and not counterfeit. It may be made by an authorized third-party supplier but is certified to work reliably and safely with the original product.
In short: All ‘Original’ products are Genuine, but not all ‘Genuine’ products are necessarily made by the brand itself — just officially approved or high-quality alternatives.
