Yes. We ship NZ-wide. Most orders are dispatched quickly, with many deliveries arriving within 1–2 working days depending on location and courier processing times.

Yes. We offer fast Click & Collect from our Auckland stores. Many orders are ready within approximately one hour during business hours.

Yes. Every refurbished phone, laptop, and tablet goes through a structured quality check process before sale. Devices are tested using professional diagnostic tools alongside manual inspection by our Assembly Team to ensure performance, reliability, and functionality.

Our refurbished products are graded based on cosmetic condition:

Excellent: Near-new condition with minimal signs of use.
Very Good: Light cosmetic wear but fully tested and working perfectly.
Good: Visible signs of use while remaining fully functional.

All grades go through the same testing process including diagnostic scanning and battery testing.

Refurbished iPhones are becoming increasingly popular in New Zealand because they offer premium Apple performance at more affordable prices. Professionally tested refurbished iPhones can provide excellent value for students, families, and budget-conscious buyers.

Yes. Battery health is checked during our quality testing process. We verify charging stability, battery functionality, and overall performance before devices are approved for sale.

Yes. We sell genuine Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and AirPods. All devices go through testing and verification before being listed.

Devices go through multiple testing stages including: Diagnostic scanning, Battery testing, Connectivity checks, Screen inspection, Camera testing, Speaker and microphone testing, Charging verification, and Manual quality inspection.

Warranty Coverage:
- 6-month warranty on pre-owned products
- 12-month warranty on brand-new products
- 6-month warranty on refurbished/reconditioned products unless otherwise stated

Warranty periods begin from the purchase date.

Warranty does not cover: Physical damage, Liquid damage, Misuse or neglect, Accidental damage, Power surges, Third-party repairs, Software issues, Damage from non-genuine accessories. Products showing signs of tampering or unauthorised repair may void warranty eligibility.

You can register a repair through the TechCrazy Repair Portal. After logging in: Select “Register Return Job”, Go to Repair Jobs, Click “Add New Job”, Submit device details, and Receive your job number. Keep the job number for future reference.

Yes. We can assist eligible customers with WINZ quotes for approved products. Many customers use WINZ support for laptops, phones, tablets, and essential technology purchases.

Yes. Finance and payment options may be available on selected products and promotions. Availability can vary depending on the provider and eligibility requirements.

Yes. We offer refurbished and pre-owned MacBooks depending on stock availability. We also stock Chromebooks which are popular because they are lightweight, easy to use, and ideal for everyday tasks.

Yes. We stock gaming consoles, accessories, and audio products. We also offer smartwatches, wireless earbuds, phone accessories, chargers, cables, and smart gadgets.
