How Click & Collect Works

At checkout, simply choose the FREE ‘Pick Up In-Store’ option. If your selected store has the item in stock, your order will usually be ready for collection within 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Important: Prior arrangement is required for pick-up as stock availability may vary between locations.

If your chosen store has the item in stock, your order will be ready in approximately 1 hour after you place it.

If the item needs to be transferred from another branch or our distribution centre, please allow 2–3 working days for collection. We’ll notify you via email or SMS once it’s ready for pick-up.
