The service and respect shown to me by the person who took my call, prompted me to place the order as soon as I got the email with details on it. I was querering the freight to the South Island, and he did not make me feel stupid, rather explained it me. I really appreciated his honesty and interest in ensuring I had a good dealing with Tech Crazy. This was my first time buying from them and I will be checkingh their prices when ever I want more Tech gadgets.
Staff were polite and although it took a little while to get my product (which was my fault as I'd originally asked for it to be couriered and decided I couldn't last without a phone and picked it up) I got what I wanted and it was what I expected. Maybe they could be a little more outgoing but otherwise excellent service
