Order Cancellation, Exchange, and Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, a 6% administration fee will be deducted from your refund. This includes any non-refundable payment surcharges associated with the payment method used.
7-Day Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product must be sealed, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging and the purchase invoice.
- If no suitable exchange is available, a store credit or gift card will be issued for the amount paid.
- Items purchased on finance are not eligible for gift card exchange.
- Special order items are excluded from the exchange policy.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase
Changed your mind or purchased the wrong product?
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days if sealed and in original condition.
- If no suitable product is found, a store credit or gift card will be issued.
- No refunds are issued for change of mind purchases.
Exclusions
For hygiene and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty:
- Headphones and Earphones
- Personal Care Items (e.g., shavers)
- Gift Cards, Sim Cards, Recharge Cards, Vouchers (e.g., iTunes)
- Software and Digital Licenses
- VR Headsets
- Extended Warranties and Protection Plans
- Wearable Technology
Incorrectly Supplied Products
If you receive an incorrect product:
- We will replace it with the correct product (subject to availability) or offer a refund/store credit.
- Products must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- We will arrange a replacement (if available) or provide a refund/store credit.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos of the damage.
Faulty Products
If your product is faulty upon arrival or during first use:
- We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- The product must be returned for inspection and verification of the fault.
- Claims must be made within 14 days of purchase/delivery unless otherwise covered under warranty.
Warranty Claims
For warranty claims during the coverage period:
- We will repair, replace, or refund (store credit) if a suitable replacement is not available.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to us.
- You may alternatively choose to deal directly with the manufacturer where applicable.
Restocking and Testing Fees
At our discretion:
- A 6% restocking fee may apply for returns outside of fault-based claims.
- If a returned product is tested and found to be not faulty, a testing fee and freight charges may apply.
Bonus Products, Gifts, and Combo Deals
If your purchase included bonus items:
- All bonus items must be returned in original condition for refunds or store credit to apply.
- If a bonus gift card was issued and has been used, the used value will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.
If a product is faulty or does not comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Additional Information
- Freight charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
- Where collection is applicable, we will arrange pickup at our cost (only where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act).
- In all other cases, customers are responsible for returning goods safely and securely.
