Making a Warranty Claim

Access your dashboard using existing email, Google, or Facebook login.
Create Job
Select “Add New Job”. Save your unique Job Number for tracking.
Dispatch Item
Ship to our service center. Repairs typically take 15–21 working days.
Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt is mandatory for all claims.

Car Audio Requirements
Must be professionally installed. A valid invoice from a certified installer is required for any claim.
Data Safety
TechCrazy is not responsible for data loss. Please back up all data prior to service.
Inspection Fees
A $49 technical inspection fee is applicable if a product is found to have physical or liquid damage.
