CRITICAL: Voiding Your Warranty

TechCrazy maintains a strict policy. Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or serviced by any unauthorized person or third-party result in the warranty being immediately voided.

Car Audio Requirements

Must be professionally installed. A valid invoice from a certified installer is required for any claim.

Data Safety

TechCrazy is not responsible for data loss. Please back up all data prior to service.

Inspection Fees

A $49 technical inspection fee is applicable if a product is found to have physical or liquid damage.

6-month warranty on pre-owned/refurbished devices, and a 12-month warranty on brand-new products. Starts from your purchase date.
Register your repair through the TechCrazy Repair Portal. Once you receive a job number, send your device for inspection following the provided instructions.
The warranty covers functional faults that occur during normal use (internal hardware issues not caused by external factors).
Physical damage, liquid exposure, wear and tear, misuse, software issues, or third-party repairs are excluded from coverage.

A WINZ quote is a formal price document you present to Work and Income New Zealand when applying for help to pay for essentials such as a laptop, Chromebook, tablet, iPad, MacBook, phone, or repairs. It lists the item, specs, and total cost so WINZ can assess support.
