How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete your personal data, please follow one of the options below:

By Email: Send an email to cs@techcrazy.co.nz with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include your full name, email address, and any relevant account/order details so we can identify your record. -
By Contact Form: [Link to your Shopify contact page]
Submit a request using our online contact form. Please include the words “Data Deletion Request” in your message.
Once we receive your request, our team will process it and confirm when your data has been removed from our systems.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:

Account details you have provided (such as name, email, phone number).

Order history and related information, unless retention is required for legal or tax purposes.

Any data collected by our apps or integrations, where applicable.
Please note: Certain records (such as completed transactions and invoices) must be retained for the period required by New Zealand law (e.g., for tax and accounting purposes). After the mandatory retention period expires, these will also be deleted securely.
