Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days if receiving the order before 2PM Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other factors. If the original address provided by you is incorrect or if the courier is unable to get to the address for any reason, a re-direction fee may apply. Please check all your details to ensure a speedy delivery.
If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order due to insufficient courier charges being assigned at checkout, we will contact you to arrange additional charges. If you parcel is not delivered within 5 days, please contact us on cs@techcrazy.co.nz or (09)2803923.
Click & Collect
At checkout, you get to choose – wait for delivery, or get the ‘Pick Up’ in-store option. If the store has the item in stock, your order will be ready for collection within 30 minutes to 1 hour! Please note "PRIOR ARRANGEMENT IS NEEDED FOR PICK UP" as stock varies to locations.
Please bring in a valid photo ID with you when you visit our stores' for pick up matching to the name of the order or it will not be released.
Cost & timings
Pick-Up is a completely free of charge service!! If the store has got the product in stock, the time for turnaround is 1 hour from the time order is placed.
If the store you intend to pick up from has not got the stock of any product, our team will get the stock transferred from another store or from our distribution centre free of charge to your local store. During the transfer process, it will take approximately 2-3 working days and we will send you confirmation as soon as the order is ready for collection.
Collecting your order
Make sure you have got the confirmation for collection of order via email or text before you make your way to the store.
Please Note: Order Confirmation is not pick up confirmation, we will send you the pick up instructions once the order is processed.
Easy Return
7 Day Right of Exchange:
Customers can return any product for an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. However, if you change your mind, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

Very Good: Devices may have a few visible scratches and cosmetic blemishes on the housing or bezel. There might be 1-2 very minor dents, but no cracks. They are in impeccable working order and come with a 6-month warranty.
Good: Devices show signs of use like scuffs or scratches on the screen, housing, or bezel. They may have a few dents but no cracks, ensuring they work perfectly. They also come with a 6-month warranty.
Acceptable: Devices have clear signs of heavy use with multiple scuffs, scratches, or dents. However, they are fully functional and come with a 6-month warranty.
TechCrazy stands behind the quality of our products. All our pre-owned devices come with a 6-month warranty, covering any hardware defects that may arise. For new devices, we offer a 1-year warranty. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the device within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when purchased.
